Additional fees  
Early termination by landlord / client equivalent to 3 months commission based on the percentages above
Copies of tenancy agreements /statements etc. already issued to landlord £12 inc VAT per document
Visits to property during void periods( not associated with re letting) £30 inc VAT per visit
Sale to sitting tenant  1.2% inc VAT of sale price
Any service requested and not included in the above will be agreed and notified before service undertaken.
